I noticed that there are 2 buttons to click on your homepage, what are these?

The buttons are just an easy way to find our eBay and Toolbank shops. We have some products listed on eBay in the hope that it will promote our website to more and more people. Usually things listed on our online store are cheaper than either of these sites. We can do this because we avoid the fees that eBay charge every time you sell an item.

O.K, that explains the eBay button but what about Toolbank?

We included the Toolbank button on our hompage as it enables you to browse through 20,000 products, this is a far larger range than we currently have available. I would suggest having a look through our site first to see if we can provide what you are looking for as we again may be a wee bit cheaper. We thought it would be a good idea as our site is still growing and we still have a lot of products to add, this way if we don't have what you are looking for then Toolbank probably will.

I can't find what I'm looking for, is this all your stock?

No, if you can't find a specific product the chances are it's just not been listed yet. If you need anything just send us an e-mail on sales@billstoolstore.co.uk or click on 'Contact Us' at the bottom of this page. Anyone will who has been into our Glasgow store will know how much stock we carry and why it may take us a while to get it all listed. If we don't currently carry it there is a good chance we will be able to order it for you. If you would rather speak to an actual person please phone us on 0141 552 1286, don't worry, we won't bite!

That's the buttons explained and I have items in my basket, how do I go about paying now?

We accept Credit Card payments though our site or if you have a Google Checkout or PayPal account you can also use it to pay. When you near the end of the order process on the site it will give you 4 options on how you would like to pay.

1. Send us a cheque, postal order or anything else that will fit in an envelope....

2. Credit/Debit card. Use with complete confidence, our site is encrypted with SSL.

3. PayPal. You can use your existing PayPal account to send us funds.

4. Google Checkout. Just sign in to your account and follow the steps to complete the order.

I don't like putting my card details into a website or I am on a public computer, can I pay by phone instead?

We accept all major credit cards over the phone or you can send us a cheque if you prefer. Although our site is 100% secure using the latest SSL technology we understand if you don't wish to enter your card details, especially if you are on a public computer.

I can't clear an item from my basket. Any ideas?

In the unlikely event you have any trouble with the site 99% of the time the simplest fix is just to clear you browsers cookies, this is especially true if you use the Google Chrome browser. If you have any trouble feel free to contact us and we will help if we can.
