What information will you collect?

How will you use the information collected from me?

If you have chosen to receive our newsletter or special offers these will be sent to the e-mail address provided. You can opt out of this service at any time.

What about my credit/debit card, do you store the details?

We do not store or keep any of our customer’s credit card numbers that are entered on the site. For any offline transactions when there is a written account of the details, such as a customer mailing us with their details, the contents will be securely shredded immediately after the transaction has been completed. Will be data be passed on or sold to anyone else?

No. We have a strict policy of never divulging our customer’s data to any 3rd party.

Can I find out what information you hold about me?

Under the Data Protection Act you have the right to request a copy of the personal information that we hold about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. (We charge £10 for information requests and will require you to prove your identity with 2 pieces of approved photographic identification.) We will use reasonable efforts to supply, correct or delete personal information about you on our files.
